Step 1
On-Site Garden Design Consultation (OSC)
This initial site visit and walk about, will give me the chance to answer your questions on aspects of both hard or soft landscaping, and to explore different conceptual garden options available to you. Some time may be spent sketching out ideas and options for you, which may be developed further as part of an overall Conceptual Masterplan.
2hrs OSC fee - €150 (design advice)
1/2 day OSC fee - €250 (design advice and preliminary site survey)
*Please note, additional mileage rates will apply outside Co. Dublin.
Fees will become payable at the end of our meeting.
Step 2
Conceptual Masterplan stage
At the end of our OSC, I will be able to provide you with outline costs to prepare a holistic Conceptual Masterplan, hard/ soft landscape mood boards, and outline budget build costs.
This phase 2 design package will give you great confidence in terms of design scope and overall budget build costs, without a complete commitment to full specification and drawing costs.
