This small urban garden is thriving with a minimum care. It is a good example of how to create a very private space in a small urban settings using evergreen plants. Chosen plants are evergreen and fast growing like various species of bamboos to give a good screening from the neighbours and all year round interest.

Photinia ‘Red Robin’ is a good evergreen hedging plant and brings in strong colour into a planting scheme. Choisya ternata, Pittosporum, hebe are the nice evergreen shrubs in this garden.

Sprig bulbs and bedding plants in containers are good for splashes of colour. Various species of fuchsias, roses and hydrangias are filing in the borders with the colours for the summer.
